Maintenance

API is read only, Compute Manager and GPU down.
Reason for read only? It's so I can more easily port over data.
API is still hosted on the old host for the duration of this maintenance, just to keep it up.

We're adding more GPU compute power to our system, because a single A310 isnt enough. :3
No specific maintenance period, so the entire day has been marked.
